You fired the guy I was seeing, but wanted to keep me on. If we had no customers, we didn’t get paid for that day. I worked 6 am to 8pm, and got $45/week (with no breaks). A co-worker worked 4:30 to 8pm and still got $75/week. I had to be there 7 days a week, but everyone else can get a day off.

Because you called me fat,dirty and stupid, and told me customers wouldn’t want me to serve them because I’m fat and have tattoos, but when I pointed out that some racist customers wouldn’t want you to serve them, but that doesn’t mean we should accommodate them, you told me I was out of line.

After I came back from taking short term disability for a depressive illness of which you were aware, I asked why I was given a desk job instead of being in the sales field. You said, “We don’t want you to flake out on a customer”. Not only was that discriminatory, but illegal under FMLA laws, ass!!

For firing me after a “two week trial”, telling me I might be needed at another store [bs] and mailing me a check for the remainder of my pay, that bounced.

I worked so hard to do everything you wanted i ended up underweight and had to eat 6 FULL MEALS A DAY to compensate while the other employees wanted me to help them with their jobs but wouldn’t help with mine, and when one of them harrassed me and another employee and YOU WOULDN’T DO ANYTHING.
